Mile One is actively looking for Finance & Insurance Managers for their dealerships in and around the Baltimore/Washington, DC area. We are growing and need individuals that are ready for a challenge. The F&I Manager is responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership. This is accomplished by taking Retail Customers at Point of Sale and selling dealership finance/lease options, insurance products and other Aftermarket products. This position will report directly to the General Manager or Finance Director. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task their management, administration and sales responsibilities while presenting 100% of dealership products, 100% of the time, to 100% of retail customers in a professional manner conducive for high customer satisfaction. In addition, this role is responsible for the following: Sell finance, mechanical repair service contracts, GAP, credit insurance and other Aftermarket products to retail customers. Increase profitability within the Finance department. Obtain approval from finance sources on all finance/lease deals. Instruct/train sales associates in the methods of selling finance/lease customer options. Maintain turnover program which will insure a 100% turnover ratio to the Finance Department.
