Requires Obstretrics experience in all areas in order to direct the operations of an Obstetrics Department with 16 to 20 staff members. Must have expertise in flexible staffing and productivity management plans, as well as with patient safety and quality initiatives. 500 babies were born here in 2007, with 150 of those delivered by cesarean section. A separate OR suite is maintained by the OB department for cesarean sections. Our facilities include 4 LandD and Recovery rooms, 3 semi-private rooms, and a 13 bed nursery

Compensation: 75k

Experience: Qualifications: Must have prior experience in evaluating, supervising, and coaching OB Staff.
BSN, with 5-7 years of experience
